PHEC 1731 Kickboxing Plus

During this powerful high intensity workout, students will utilize kicking, boxing, aerobic movements and martial-arts type action for a challenging total body conditioning experience. Learn proper techniques for kicking, punching and various self-defense moves. Students will learn the importance of adhering to a fitness lifestyle to achieve total wellness.
