The Office of Continuing Education and Career Services teaches students about successfully searching for a job and preparing effective resumes that appeal to employers.
Listed below are the many free services provided by career services:
- Annual spring and fall job fairs.
- Computers with software to create resumes, search employment opportunities, conduct online career interest assessments and more.
- Job readiness presentations/workshops.
- Resume and cover letter workshops.
- Interviewing skills workshops.
- More than 500 employment opportunities are posted annually on campus and at www.collegecentral.com/kcc.
For employers, KCC’s Office of Continuing Education and Career Services allows free job-opening advertisements, and access to space on campus for recruiting potential employees.
