ENGL 1413 Fundamentals of Writing
The student will develop an awareness and mastery of the writing process, including strategies for invention, organization, revision, and editing. The student will develop critical skills in reading, thinking and writing, and will be introduced to research writing and documentation. Some sections of this course are taught in a computer lab; computer literacy skills are recommended.
Prerequisite
ENGL 0956 or WRIT 0993 or ENGL 0954 with a grade of C or better; or appropriate assessment score - Must be completed prior to taking this course.
